Description:

* 3/4 cup white sugar
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

I was going home from work at 4 p.m. Two hours earlier, because my workplace area was running out electricity since 2 p.m. One of the boss then *reluctantly-but-has-no-better-reason-to make me stay* give me permit to go home. Yaaay!

Better to do a good thing, right? I cannot repeat this unusual occasion every day!
Cooking dinner is my next plan! I got beef, green peas, potatoes..time to make a yummy dinner for my Oscar! :)

I made a well-done steak served with fried potato wedges (and sprinkled with shredded cheese over top), buttered greenpeas and creamy sauce!

Category:   Meat & Seafood
Style:   Italian
Servings:   8

Description:
This is a recipe that once made me and my hubby hungry when we watch Everybody Loves Raymond-TV series. Marie-the character, loves to cook Braciole for her family..

Italian Cuisine is popular around the world and has two main styles. Northern Italian cuisine usually has a lighter, creamier sauce where the Southern counterpart generally contains thicker, richer tomato-based sauces.

Ingredients:
1can (28 ounces) tomato sauce
2-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano, divided
1-1/4 teaspoons dried basil, divided
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound bulk hot Italian sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 to 2 beef flank steaks (about 2-1/2 pounds)

Directions:
1.Combine tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons oregano, 1 teaspoon basil and salt in medium bowl; set aside.

2.Brown sausage in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Combine sausage, onion, cheese, garlic, parsley, remaining 1/2 teaspoon oregano and remaining 1/4 teaspoon basil in medium bowl; set aside.

3.Place steak between 2 pieces waxed paper. Pound with meat mallet until steak is 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Cut steak into 3-inch-wide strips.

4.Spoon sausage mixture evenly onto each steak strip. Roll up, jelly-roll-style, securing meat with toothpicks. Place each roll in slow cooker. Pour reserved tomato sauce mixture over rolls. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.

5.Cut each roll into slices. Top with hot tomato sauce.

Blog EntryHabis Kuyup Terbitlah Lapar!Apr 30, '08 10:24 AM
for everyone

Huhuy...menegangkan. Mengerikan. Sampai rumah hujan masih turun, pas aku lihat jari tangan kisut semua, celana jeans buasah-sah-sah, untung tas selamat karena dibungkus plastik, dan aku bersyukur hari itu ke kantor sedang tidak pake sepatu suede-ku tersayang!!

Udah kehujanan, dingin, lapar pula. Baru inget tadi cuma minta tolong ama pembantu buat tumis sayur baby caisim aja. Lauk daging belum sempat aku masak. Ya udah, untuk menyelamatkan bencana kelaparan, aku keinget resep Be Sampi Pelalah masakan Esti. Kayaknya enak nih, udara dingin makan masakan pedas!!

Hahhaaa..Jadilah aku mengarang bebas..

Description:
This pic was taken this morning. I am sorry for the quality and the mess, coz I cooked it last night :Þ
Please noticed that if you fry the onions with margarine, don't pour all the margarine into pan. 2 tablespoon will be fine.

Ingredients:
1 tomato for decoration, 1kg minced beef, fry with margarine : 5 red onions + 2 shallots, 1 tablespoon margarine and 1 dried salam leaf (indian bay leave).
Prepare 1 glass of coconut milk (made from 1 coconut milk+water), shake 1 egg, Royco or Maggi blocks,

Directions:
Cover the stainless steel pan with margarine.

Once all of the ingredients have been prepared for use, mix all ingredients in a separate bowl, pour it to medium stainless steel pan, and then place it on the large steamed pan and turn the heat to high. Steam for 30-45 minutes.

Note:
You can also covered the ingredients with banana leaves (instead using stainless steel pan) and steam for 30-45 minutes.
